A 6-week program
Option A

A package designed to help you better understand your relationship. The purpose of this program is to help:

  • Build understanding of each other’s perspectives by increasing empathy, self-awareness, and personal growth

  • Deepen your intimacy and connection with your partner

  • Restore trust and clarify your feelings about the relationship

  • Improve communication skills

What you will get:

  • Six one-hour-per-week individual couples sessions

  • Two group couples sessions 

  • Three 25-minute massage sessions per person

  • Two 75-minute coaching sessions

  • One 75-minute couples massage tutorial

(For massage and coaching sessions, please allow for 1.5-2 hours.)

Psychotherapy Concierge Service Package

A service that caters specifically to the unique needs of individuals looking for an experienced, discreet, and knowledgeable psychotherapist. She has experience treating a variety of different concerns, including depression, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, BPD, and much more. Don’t let the fear of exposure or shame prevent you from receiving the trusted licensed social worker's attentive and highly professional help.

What you will get:

  •  30, 50, or 80-minute individual session

  • Convenience - your choice of where you want to meet face-to-face or virtual

  • a therapist who uses some evidence-based techniques to help you  achieve your goals and thrive

Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy

  • Utilizes eye movements to help change how traumatic memories are stored in our minds. ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) are psychotherapy approaches that enable people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. They are an entire therapy model proven to be highly effective for those who have experienced trauma.

  • DBT-PE  aims to help clients stop avoidance and instead confront trauma-related thoughts and situations so that trauma can be effectively processed. To do this, the DBT PE protocol uses two types of exposure; imaginal and in vivo.

Psychotherapy

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy focuses (ACT) on accepting oneself and others and commitment to change and self-improvement. This therapy is based on patients making specific actions that concentrate on positive change and acceptance. 

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) identifies how often negative thought patterns have a destructive impact on our emotions and behaviors. and affect our relationships with ourselves and others.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides clients with new skills to manage painful emotions, decrease conflict in relationships, and change their behavioral patterns.

  • Motivational interviewing (MI) is a counseling method that helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior.

ACT Chronic Illness or Pain Group 

Do you feel like your body and mind is not connect?People with a chronic pain or illness have psychological distress of depression, anxiety, and stress that is amplified by the impact of the medical illness.  ACT focuses on helping patients to behave more consistently with their own values and apply mindfulness and acceptance skills to their responses to uncontrollable experiences.  

Wrap Group and Peer Services

Peer support services support facilitates personal growth, wellness promotion, and recovery while honoring one's strengths, needs, and personal choices. Peers have mutual understanding, provide direction and resources, help one to dig deeper
through the us of connection and empathy. Peer service provides a listening ear, and a strength based approach to help. you reach your wellness goals. 
Peers also provide Wrap group services which is  a wellness tool group that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make their life more the way they want it to be.

DBT Skills Group

DBT skills group is for clients who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. DBT Skills are taught to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions by teaching patients a set of behavioral skills and strengthening their ability to use those skills in their everyday lives.

Letha practices in Jacksonville, FL, as a Family Mediator and a therapist providing counseling to those who struggle with a chronic illness or pain, anxiety, relationship concerns, depression, PTSD, separation, borderline personality disorder, dual diagnosis, or divorce.  Letha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Masters’ level CAP (Certified Addictions Professional).  She is skilled in providing trainings, and counseling services to a diverse cultural population including LGBTQIA+ individuals.
