Welcome
All groups range from 8 to 24 sessions, open to joining at any time for adults 18 and older who wish to work on their struggle with the psychological distress caused by emotional struggles, medical illness, loss of a loved one, or substance use, and struggling to get back to a functional everyday life in some specific way.
