 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills group 

 Adolescent DBT Skills Group Tuesday from 430-600pm (ongoing w/revolving entry) 

Whether you struggle with depression, substance use, eating disorders, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the DBT skills group is most useful in helping teens cope with and change unhealthy behaviors while regulating their emotions.

 Adult In-person DBT Skills Group Wednesday from 530-700pm (ongoing w/revolving entry) 

Whether you have BPD, chronic pain or illness, struggle with addiction, or are concerned with regulating your emotions. This group helps you build skills to tolerate painful emotional urges, build meaningful relationships, and improve your quality of life.  
 

 Processing group 

State of the Mom Thursdays from 530-630pm

Whether you have Postpartum Depression, struggle with addiction, or challenges with anxiety, depression, loneliness, and lack of sleep, this group helps you build skills to tolerate painful emotional urges, build meaningful relationships, and improve your quality of life and connection to your child or children.

Welcome to Group

All groups range from 8 to 24 sessions, open to joining at any time for adults 18 and older who wish to work on their struggle with the psychological distress caused by emotional struggles, medical illness, loss of a loved one, or substance use, and struggling to get back to a functional everyday life in some specific way.  Each group offers a unique approach to life struggles. Sign up today to start your journey to upward functioning and moving forward.
