Fees and Insurance

Insurance companies will require a diagnosis and access to your records and, in some cases, may limit the number of visits to your provider. For these reasons, many choose to self-pay for their sessions. We accept Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, FSA, and HSA cards. Please refer to your HSA policy to learn how you might be able to use your benefits. Cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduled sessions without 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $190 for an individual session, $240 for couples 75-minutes, and $70 for a group session.  Insurance does not cover this fee.

Most credit card and insurance payments are processed through Therapy Notes.

No refunds once packages start.  Services can not be redeemed after package end date unless previous arrangements were discussed with the individual therapist.

Professional Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Service Package

Immigration Evaluations (i.e. U-Visa, Asylum, Hardship)

$1000.00 per evaluation.

 Reports are done between 2 – 4 weeks after the interview.

Forensic Mental Health Evaluation

$2500.00 per evaluation.

 Reports are done between 2 – 4 weeks after the interview.

Personal Injury Evaluation 

$1000-1500 per evaluation​

 Reports are done between 2 – 4 weeks after the interview.

Substance Evaluations

$1000-1500 per evaluation

Nonpackage cost (most can be billed through insurance): 

$190 per Individual Sessions

$70 per Adult group session  (18+) 

$120 per Couple's DBT group

$240 per Couples Session 

$500 for Court appearances or EAP Briefings

$50 for administrative fees (writing letters or reports upon request for therapy services)

$60 per hour Peer Session  (self-pay only)

Out of Network (OON)  Benefits

If I do not participate with your insurance, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits such as partial or full reimbursement after meeting a deductible.  Please check with your insurance company to see if this is an option for you. A New Page Counseling, LLC will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance upon request.  Ultimately, all services rendered are the financial responsibility of the individual receiving the service.
