As a clinician and qualified supervisor, Letha utilizes proven counseling approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy- Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She works to reduce the feelings of being stuck, oftentimes eliminating or managing the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma related to your illness or pain, or relationship conflict. Letha takes her extensive expertise relative to the diagnosis and treatment of substance use disorders and working in different capacities with immigrants from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, to preparing immigration and substance use evaluations for use in court.
For psychological evaluations, Letha is an objective party that has extensive training in forensic psychological evaluations. She has experience working at different capacities with immigrants from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, which allows her to provide professional, detailed assessments that support court proceedings related to immigration cases.
As a seasoned therapist, Anne works with professionals that are in need of support to help tackle the burnout and bring the joy back into helping. She is also a qualified supervisor that provides that hands on approach to help interns became skilled in the craft of social work.
As an experienced therapist, Karen works with individuals and couples in substance recovery, trauma, PTSD, and grief. She uses her expertise in eye movement therapy, relational therapy, mindfulness based therapies and behavioral therapy to meet the person where they are and move them to courage and hope.
As a massage therapist and holistic coach, Karen combines somatic work and mindfulness to help clients manage stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and chronic pain. Her supportive approach promotes resilience, self-awareness, healthier relationships, and inner peace.

Qualified Supervision
Anne and Letha are Qualified Supervisors for Social Workers and we offer supervision to Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns who seek state licensure.
Peer Services
Diane offers individual sessions for adults, 18+, to work through many areas of concern from Addiction to Mental health. Each session typically lasts 60 minutes. She offers individuals a comfortable and safe environment via telehealth services to accommodate busy schedules.
Individual Therapy
Letha and Anne offer individual sessions for adults, 18+, to work through many areas of concern. Each session typically lasts 45-55 minutes. We offer individuals a comfortable and safe space for psychotherapy, as well as telehealth services to accommodate busy schedules.
Couples Therapy
Letha offers assertive, supportive communication and mediation for couples counseling services. Each session typically lasts 55-90 minutes. Letha offers couples the ability to work through issues in a non-biased, judgment-free space so that both partners feel heard and supported.
Group Therapy
We provide an ACT group, DBT skills groups for couples and individuals, and a WRAP group which are educational courses, and processing groups to help empower and cope more effectively with intense emotions, promote better wellbeing, and/or relationship struggles.
Forensic Psychological Evaluations
Letha is trained in providing forensic evaluations, with years of experience working relative to substance use disorders, disabilities, personal injury, and working in different capacities with immigrants from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. She provides detailed assessments that support court proceedings.
