She works to reduce the feelings of being stuck, oftentimes eliminating or managing the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma related to your illness or pain.
As a Massage Therapist and Holistic Coach, Karen incorporates a somatic approach such as mindfulness and massage therapy.
