Individual, couples, group therapy, and family mediation that directly helps you.
As a Clinician, by utilizing proven counseling approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy- Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and CBT, I can work to reduce the feelings of being stuck, often times eliminate or manage the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma related to your illness or pain.
For family mediation, I am an impartial party, I provide a time-limited way to help parties who are at an impasse. I provide a creative way to address conflict with the least amount of hurt, with the goal to guide people to a self-determined agreement.
Allow me to partner with and support you in your healing journey, by supplying you with the tools for success. Give yourself this opportunity to redesign your life. Envision being eager to awaken each day and truly enjoy living out loud.
Individual Therapy
I offer individual sessions for adults, 18+, to work through many areas of concern. Each session typically lasts 45-60 minutes. I offer individuals a comfortable and safe space for psychotherapy. I also offer telehealth services to accommodate busy schedules.
Couples Therapy
I offer assertive, supportive communication and mediation for couples counseling services. Each session typically lasts 45-60 minutes. I offer couples the ability to work through issues in a non-biased, judgment-free space so that both partners feel heard and supported.
Group Therapy
I provide DBT skills groups, educational courses, and processing groups to help empower and cope more effectively with intense emotions, promote better wellbeing, and/or relationship struggles.
Family Mediation
During this process, the mediator serves as a neutral third party that does not represent either person and facilitates a process that allows the parties to resolve the dispute and come to an agreement. In mediation, the outcome is dependent upon what you and your spouse deem to be in the children’s and both your best interest—a self-determined agreement.
