Individual, couples, group therapy, and family mediation that directly helps you.

As a clinician and qualified supervisor, Letha utilizes proven counseling and peer approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy- Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and CBT. She works to reduce the feelings of being stuck, oftentimes eliminating or managing the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma related to your illness or pain.

As a Massage Therapist and Holistic Coach, Karen incorporates a somatic approach such as mindfulness and massage therapy. While her primary goal is to create a supportive environment to help clients build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and foster healthier interpersonal relationships, she also focuses on wellness and pain management.

As a Peer, Diane also uses WHAM (Whole Health and Action Management) and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) to help reduce feelings of being lost and disconnected from others during your most challenging times.

For family mediation, Letha is an impartial party that provides a time-limited way to help parties at an impasse. She provides a creative way to address conflict with the least amount of hurt, with the goal of guiding people to a self-determined agreement.

Allow us to partner with and support you in your healing journey by supplying you with the tools for success. Give yourself this opportunity to redesign your life. Envision being eager to awaken each day and truly enjoy living out loud.

Family Mediation

During this process, the mediator serves as a neutral party that does not represent either person and facilitates a process that allows the parties to resolve the dispute and come to an agreement. In mediation, the outcome is dependent upon what you and your spouse deem to be in the children's and both your best interest- a self-determined agreement.
