Service Description

Have you ever felt like you were on an emotional rollercoaster? Psychological distress caused by a medical illness and struggling to get back to a functional everyday life in some specific way.  Depression, anxiety, and stress reactions are common and may amplify the impact of the medical illness ACT group is an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes in your life. It acts as a support network and a sounding board as you learn ways to address your emotions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me 24 hours in advance. All packages are paid prior to the start of the service. Packages are non refundable one they start. For all other session there will be an automatic no show fee of $90.00.
